MISSION
|
Exploration of Biochemical Networks using Dynamic Optimization
We investigate signaling transduction pathways that play a very important role in major developmental changes in organisms. In particular, malfunction of these pathways leads to diseases such as cancer, asthma and diabetes. The main goal of this research project is to use computational analysis as entry point for experimental design tailored to signaling and for parameter identification in real systems.
