BIOGRAPHY
|
Camille Raillon received her M.S. in Electrical Engineering with Honors in 2007 from Grenoble Institute of Technology (INPG). During her master’s, she participated in a student exchange program at the University of Sherbrooke, Canada where she did her master's thesis: fast prototyping of microfluidic channels in SU-8 photoresist for BioMEMS. After graduating from INPG, Camille worked as a characterization engineer for a year in a MEMS-based piezoresistive pressure sensors company in Silicon Valley, California.
Camille is now a Ph.D. student at EPFL working in Prof. Aleksandra Radenovic’s laboratory, LBEN (Laboratory of Nanoscale Biology). Her Ph.D. project focuses on Optical Trapping for Single‐Molecule study of transcription using nanopore-based force spectroscopy.
