Then he entered Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University), where he studied for six years and graduated in 2007 with red diploma (summa cum laude). In January 2008 Evgeny became a PhD student/research assistant at the React Group at EPFL under the guidance of MER Denis Gillet and Dr. Christophe Salzmann. Evgeny's research interests are in the area of Web technologies in application to learning environments. More specifically: Web applications and Social modeling, which includes applications' interoperability, portability and recommendations. He is currently involved in the European ROLE project that started in February 2009.
