BIOGRAPHY
Garipelli Gangadhar recently obtained doctoral degree under the supervision of Prof. Josč del R Millŕn and Dr. Ricardo Chavarriaga in the area of brain computer interfacing (BCI). He has been contributing to a few European projects, mainly in brain computer interfacing and related fields, since 2006.

Before joining EPFL as doctoral student, he worked as a research assistant at Idiap research Institute, Martigny, Switzerland. He did his masters thesis at IIT Madras in computational neuroscience under the supervision of Prof. V. Srinivasa Chakravarthy. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering.

His current research interest is in the field of signal processing and machine learning for neural signals (especially, EEG, ECoG, MEG, LFPs). His mission is to contribute to better understanding of the neural signals and create the experimental and methodological basis for the future's neuro-technology. He is also interested in teaching advanced neuro-engineering and neuro-technology to curious minds.
