BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Shandong Province, China.
In Sep. 1999, I entered the department of computer science and technology, Dalian Jiaotong University.
In Sep. 2003, I became a graduate student at the department of computer science and technology, Tsinghua University. My master thesis is on the prediction of RNA secondary structure using machine learning methods, supervised by Prof. Zhidong Deng.
From Aug. 2006 to Aug. 2011, I did my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Bernard M.E. Moret at EPFL. Right now I am a post doctoral researcher at LCBB, EPFL.
