Construction law for engineers I

The course gives a general vision of some legal aspects which the civil engineer will face with in his career. Many examples from the practice will be presented. This course is essential for the engineer who seeks a better understanding of his rights and his duties.

Construction law for engineers II

This course deepens the knowledge acquired in the course «Organisation, économie et droit de la construction I ». The technical and legal aspects of the contracts and tender documents as well as the roles and responsibilities of the engineer will be studied with a fictitious case study.
