Fields of expertise
She received her Bachelor and Master Degrees in "Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology" cum laude from Politecnico of Milano. During her studies she participated in several exchange programs in France, Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Belgium. She spent one year in TU Delft University of Technology, where she specialized in nanomaterials and nanoelectronics.
In 2015 she worked for her Master thesis in the Energy Storage Group at IMEC research institute in Leuven, Belgium. Her work focused on the development of novel electrolytes for thin-film flexible batteries.
Currently she is working as a PhD student in the Integrated System Laboratory (LSI) of EPFL, under the supervision of Prof. Sandro Carrara and Prof. Giovanni De Micheli. The aim of her project is to fabricate innovative solid-contact ion-sensors to be integrated in a flexible multi-electrode platform.
