This course presents the basics of Python programming with an introduction to algorithmic thinking and to some fundamental algorithms.
Information and scientific computation (for MAN)
After an introduction to Python programming, numerical methods concerning nonlinear equations, numerical integration and ordinary differential equations (ODE) are analyzed, implemented and used to solve many examples from mathematics and physics.
