Current work
In my project I focus on the mechanism(s) of electron transfer during iron reduction by Clostridium acetobutylicum. I am using genetic engineering, iron reduction assay, microscopy and analytical methods including HPLC-FAD, HPLC-RI, GC-MS, GC-TCD, ICP-OES and IC.
