Nicolas Mora Parra
NICOLAS MORA PARRA was born in Bogota – Colombia. He received the B. S. degree in Electronics Engineering in 2007, and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering with a major in High Voltage Engineering in 2009, from the National University of Colombia. He joined the Electromagnetic Compatibility Research Group of the National University of Colombia under the tuition of Prof. F. Roman in early 2007. In September 2009 he joined the EMC Lab at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) under the direction of Prof. F. Rachidi. He received his Ph. D degree in Electrical Engineering from EPFL in 2016. He is currently working as an R&D engineer for montena technology.
From 2013-2016, Nicolas Mora was the president of the Colombian Association of Researchers in Switzerland. Since 2016 he is the chair of the joint EMC / AP / MTT chapter of IEEE in Switzerland.
