Ce cours est une introduction à l'alignement des besoins de l'entreprise avec les possibilités offertes par l'IT. A l'aide d'un cas d'entreprise simulé, nous explorons comment définir les exigences d'un service informatique qui correspond aux souhaits explicites et implicites des parties prenantes.
