Les étudiants travailleront au laboratoire et dans la salle blanche du CMI de l'EPFL sur un processus de fabrication de dispositifs à base de semi-conducteurs 2D.
Physical models for micro and nanosystems
Students will learn how to reduce their system to a simple model, the theoretical background of finite element modeling as well as its application to modeling charge, mass and heat transport in electronic, fluidic and electromechanical micro and nanosystems.
