Biography

I have a BSc in Civil Engineering, and a direct-track PhD in Transportation Engineering both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. My dissertation research models the intrinsic relations between travelers, mobility platforms, and transportation networks for both short-term operations and long-term equilibrium. I also studied extensively the route choice problem concerning choice set and correlated alternatives. Prior to EPFL, I spent a year as a postdoc at the Technical University of Demark (DTU), where I extended my research to the field of perturbed utility models. My research interests include large-scale equilibrium modeling in multi-modal transport systems, individual mobility choice modeling, and demand management strategies.
