Biography
I was born in India, wherein I carried out schooling and pursued a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering. Subsequently I worked for a burgeoning port industry, in India, as a junior manager in the electrical and automation engineering department. After serving the industry for two years, I pursued a double mobility master's degree in robotics engineering from France and Italy (European Union accredited EMARO programme). The Erasmus life gave me an opportunity to interact with several international students, collaborate with people coming from multi-spectrum diaspora and enjoy a multi-cultural life. After graduating, I worked as a research assistant on the development of motion cueing algorithms for virtual-reality motion simulators.Current work
I have joined EPFL as a doctoral assistant (PhD student) on October 15, 2019 under the EPFLinnovators program: European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 754354.I am currently working with Jan Skaloud on autonomous navigation of fixed-wing drones.
