I have served as a business executive, business consultant, and executive coach for organizations ranging from fortune 500 corporations to entrepreneurial firms and industries as diverse as Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Education, Public sector, and Food and Beverage. I hold P.hD. in Manufacturing Systems & Robotics; specialized in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology at Lausanne (EPFL) where I authored/co-authored 20 book chapters, reports, and articles. I have served as an organizing committee member/reviewer at various international conferences in Industrial Engineering, Management Science, and Operations & Supply Chain Management. Continuous improvement of manufacturing systems
L'amélioration continue (CIP) traite de la création et de la fourniture de valeur aux clients ; interne et externe. Ce cours dotera les étudiants de compétences pratiques et d'outils pratiques pour mener un changement durable dans les entreprises de fabrication/de services et faire la différence.
