I am a researcher at the interface of photonics and materials science; my interests and research contributions relate to the use of correlated-disordered structures for light management for ultra-thin film photovoltaic applications. This interdisciplinary research requires expertise in both simulation and nanofabrication of semiconductor devices. My career started in Germany, with a degree in microsystems engineering from the University of Applied Sciences of Regensburg and a master's in physics from the University of Leipzig. Since 2022 I am a recipient of the EPFL GlobaLeaders Fellowship, which allows me to perform her research under the supervision of of Prof. Anna Fontcuberta i Morral at LMSC (EPFL) and Prof. Esther Alarcon-Lladó at AMOLF, Netherlands.
