Committed to improve my personal confidence and effective communication skills, I would like to apply my knowledge and experience to conduct research into management issues, develop long-term perspectives, and take challenges in strategy, operations and technology. During my work experiences, I found out my predisposition to leadership and my interest to work in team while I am curious and inspired by people. Therefore, it is very important for me to develop a sense of connection and create a long-lasting community.Being very focused on explore the importance of women in leadership, I would like to implement my studies, focusing on sustaining transformational change by creating action plans and strategies venturing into the business world.
