Dr. Ben Gitai is a researcher and practicing architect, linking the disciplines of territory, landscape, architecture and geography. He has held teaching positions at various institutions in Switzerland, France and Israel. Engaging various scales, his research projects explore landscape transformation at the interstice of history, architecture and geopolitics. In 2022 he became doctor of science at the ETH Zurich and was nominated for the ETH silver medal for outstanding doctoral research.Recently he joined as a post doctoral in the habitat research center at EPFL and heading the coordination of the Atlas of Landscapes for the city of Paris.
