Research

My work focuses on the development of performance-based assessment techniques and the use of integrated experimental and numerical methods for the quantification of the seismic risk and life-cycle costs of steel structures. Recent work focuses on the utilization of innovative steel materials for multi-hazard risk mitigation and the development of multi-scale model techniques and open access tools for quantifying life-cycle costs of structures.
