Curriculum vitae

My university journey starts at EPFL, where I did my BSc (2011-2014) and MSc (2014-2016) in Physics, with a minor in Mathematics. During my master thesis I studied conformal field theories in the large global charge limit under the supervision of Riccardo Rattazzi. In 2016 I joined the Institute for Theoretical Physics at ETH Zürich, to start a PhD under the supervision of Niklas Beisert and Ben Hoare. My thesis on "Integrable deformations of sigma models and superstrings" is available here. My contribution to the field of integrable models was rewarded by the ETH medal for outstanding doctoral thesis and the Innovator Prize from the SwissMAP National Center of Competence in Research.

After a brief postdoc position at ETH Zürich (2020-2021), I moved to Imperial College London to work with Arkady Tseytlin. My research was supported first by the SNSF postdoc mobility fellowship "q-deforming AdS/CFT" (2021-2022) and then by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship “Exact results in quantum deformed holography” (2022-2024). In September 2024, I took up a postdoc position at DESY in Hamburg, as a member of the "Higher structures, moduli spaces and integrability" collaborative research center. I moved back to EPFL in May 2025, to start my SNSF Ambizione fellowship on "Effective strings, membranes, and their solvability".
