General Secretary of the Swiss Faculty Development Network (SFDN), a national network committed to strengthening teaching and learning capacity in Swiss higher education.

 

Eleven years of experience in primary and secondary education, first as a teacher and later as a member of the school board team in the role of pedagogical coordinator. Experience marked by the introduction of innovative pedagogies built on three main pillars: (i) Interdisciplinarity, through project-based learning; (ii) Socio-emotional skills development, including well-being and positive conflict resolution; (iii) Learning of and via digital tools.

 

Master’s degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution (2015) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Ingénierie des évaluations en formation (2023). Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Geneva exploring how to foster student agency in STEM higher education within AI-mediated learning environments.
