Johanna has over 15 years of experience in operations and project management for service and not-for-profit organizations. Since 2020, she has been highly involved in the Tech ecosystem in Romandie.
She worked at Unit8 SA, a Swiss AI & Data Science consulting company, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth from a start-up to a scale-up phase.
Most recently, as a Site & Program Lead, her role has been to open the new site of the Swiss Data Science Center on the Biopôle Campus and to support its partnership with the State on collaborative innovation projects.
Her background also includes organizing high-profile international summits and conferences for organizations such as The Family Business Network International and the World Economic Forum. Johanna is graduated from the EHL Hospitality Business School and HEC Lausanne.
