1)PUBLIC SERVICES- Interlibrary loan and Network
- Providing access to EPFL theses online.

- In collaboration with the sector manager, monitoring the invoices related to the sector services.
- Feeding workflow tracking tools.

- Enhancement of the collection
- In charge of the storage of the EPFL collection
- In charge of binding and restoration of damaged books
4 ) MAIL / POST
- In collaboration with the administrative assistant, monitoring the invoices related to the postal services.
- management of internal and external mail/post : receiving, sorting and distribution.
