Mission

Corporate Relations & Market Insights Lead at Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL 
Identify the needs and expectations of clients and markets related to continuing education and professional development to contribute strategically to product and service development; develop and sustain privileged relationships with professional, development, and academic stakeholders; support the development of client/market-oriented continuing education and services; conduct strategic monitoring and communication regarding market trends in lifelong learning; and participate in various communication projects as needed.

Current Work

  •    Observing, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data to understand client and market needs in continuing education (themes, formats) and professional development. 
  •    Designing and executing qualitative and quantitative market studies relevant to continuing education.
  •    Conducting economic monitoring to identify opportunities and risks impacting the activities of the Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL.
  •    Building synergies and partnerships internally within units interacting with the professional world and externally with key professional and economic actors (B2B, B2G, associations).
  •    Representing the Formation Continue UNIL-EPFL in professional events and economic development activities.
  •     Supporting the development of continuing education programs by leveraging client and market knowledge, conducting focus groups, interviews, surveys, and prospecting in diverse environments, and making recommendations to align offerings with demand.
  •    Monitoring trends and best practices in content and formats for lifelong learning, identifying new development opportunities or risks.
