I am a doctoral student in the EDNE program under the supervision of Prof. Carmen Sandi and Prof. Kerstin Preuschoff (UniGe).
My research at the EPFL focuses on studying the neural correlates of decision-making under uncertainty, using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). I acquire scans on the 3T Siemens scanner at the Laboratoire de Recherche en Neuroimagerie (LREN) at the CHUV.
My goal is to exploit neuroimaging in order to parse and define decision-making processes, particularly those related to financial behavior. This question necessarily touches on the impact of social cognition on decision-making processes.
