Expertise
Following my PhD, I did my first post-doc in the lab of Konstantin Khodosevich at BRIC, Copenhagen University (2018-2021) where I used single nuclei/spatial transcriptomics and identified neuronal perturbations involved in human schizophrenia. During this period I also managed single cell sequencing core facility and trained researchers to use single cell/spatial genomics tools.
Since mid 2021 I am a post-doctoral researcher in Johannes Gräff lab at EPFL. Here I combine my previous expertise in single cell genomics, psychiatry, and neuron/glia research to decipher epigenetic bases of traumatic memory.
