Nadene Gay Canning Wacker
Biography and Experience
Nadene Canning is an executive and personal leadership advisor, facilitator, trainer, speaker and professor. Her areas of expertise are: strategy, collaboration, agility, change, negotiation, diversity, inclusion and cross-cultural competencies. By deciphering variables in a creative and analytical way, Nadene works with executives, business owners and young professionals worldwide, enabling and supporting learning that accelerates collaboration, performance and impact.
Nadene has worked in over 40 countries, and managed both profit and non-profit enterprises. In addition to her consulting and facilitation work she teaches “Leadership & Management Skills” and “Leading Change in Sustainable Business” at the Master’s and Executive levels.
She founded the social enterprise VIA2 in 2003, and has seven years of experience developing leadership capacity and building more flexible and inclusive workplaces in Switzerland.
Nadene is the author of “La force de l’équilibre Vie familiale, vie professionnelle,” which published in 2012.
