I joined EPFL in 2025 as EuroTeQ Project Coordinator. My role involves facilitating the development of new online doctoral courses at EPFL and their integration into the EuroTeQ course catalog on the one hand, and on the other, coordinating EPFL's contribution to EuroTeQ's lifelong learning initiatives. EuroTeQ is a consortium of leading European technical universities that aim to shape the future of engineering education by fostering cross-border learning, innovative course development, and lifelong learning opportunities
Prior to that, I worked as International Project Manager at Alliance 4 Universities, a consortium of four leading Spanish universities. This role involved managing Erasmus projects with partner universities in Asia, Africa, Iran, and Russia, securing significant European funding and overseeing mobility programs that reached hundreds of students and staff.
Earlier in my career, I was Lecturer in Management at the University of Essex Business School, where I taught intercultural management and globalization, and conducted British Academy&funded research on identity in multinational organizations. I also held visiting and collaborative roles at Copenhagen Business School and ESADE in Spain.
I enjoy working at the intersection of academia, international cooperation and administration, and am particularly motivated by opportunities that connect people, ideas, and institutions, and create meaningful impact.
