I am a dedicated social-psychological researcher committed to fostering inclusive environments. At EPFL, I work on reshaping engineering education to be less masculine and more caring and inclusive.

As the creator and principal contributor of the Men & Masculinities telegram channel, I explore and share insights on men and masculinities, highlighting how this vital knowledge propels us forward in diversity and inclusion efforts.

I serve as an editorial board member and consulting editor for Psychology of Men & Masculinities.

I am also deeply invested in understanding and improving the ways we measure and assess complex social dynamics, recognizing the importance of survey methodologies in advancing our understanding.

My passion extends beyond just understanding the world—I strive to use this knowledge to create real, positive change. I am actively seeking new opportunities to apply my expertise and collaborate on projects that advance our grasp and application of social-psychological principles. Let's work together to build inclusive spaces where diversity is not just recognised but celebrated.
