This course will take place in Spring 2026, dates and place to be determined. It introduces the workflows and techniques that are used for the analysis of bulk and single-cell RNA-seq data. It empowers students to understand and analyze their own data.
Methods: omics in biomedical research
BIOENG-519
High-throughput methodologies broadly called Omics allow to characterize the complexity and dynamics of any biological system. This course will provide a general description of different methods related to the Omics field followed by hands-on rotations in participating technological platforms.
