Over thirty years professional research experience in materials science and physics, specialized in the experimental study of microdeformation and morphology in polymers, materials tailoring, and advanced composites, nanocomposites and hybrid materials. Expertise in microscopy of organic and inorganic matter, with emphasis on in situ deformation studies, and morphological and crystallographic structure by TEM, HREM and AFM.
