Courses
Neuroscience foundations for engineers
BIOENG-310
This overview course bridges computational expertise with neuroscience fundamentals, aimed at fostering interdisciplinary communication and collaboration for engineering-based neuroscience programs.
Practical - Zenk Lab
BIO-625
You will learn to prepare single nuclei suspensions from organoid and use them to generate chromatin accessibility (ATAC) or CUT&Tag sequencing libraries to probe the epigenetic landscape during development. You will also learn how to perform basic analysis and compare between samples.
Single cell biology
BIOENG-420
The students are exposed to experimental and analytical approaches specific to single cell biology, with an emphasis on quantitative aspects.
