Neuroscience foundations for engineers
Ce cours de présentation fait le lien entre l'expertise informatique et les fondamentaux des neurosciences, dans le but de favoriser la communication et la collaboration interdisciplinaires pour les programmes de neurosciences basés sur l'ingénierie.
Practical - Zenk Lab
You will learn to prepare single nuclei suspensions from organoid and use them to generate chromatin accessibility (ATAC) or CUT&Tag sequencing libraries to probe the epigenetic landscape during development. You will also learn how to perform basic analysis and compare between samples.
Single cell biology
